Naturopathy

According to Pierre Valentin Marchesseau

Vitalisme

Every living organism has a vital energy that makes it exist and animated. It is thanks to this individual force that we have the ability to find the path to health.

Causalism

The goal is to look for the cause of the symptoms, then the cause of this cause, that is to say the psychosomatic aspect, and finally, the cause of the cause of the cause, which refers to the spiritual dimension of the patient.

Holism

Holos means whole. This principle informs us that naturopathy considers the person as a whole and does not focus only on symptoms. It encompasses the 3 bodies of each individual (physical, emotional and energetic body).

Humorisme

Humorism is the science of humors, that is to say the organic fluids of the body (blood, lymph, extra and intra cellular fluids). For the naturopath, illness has only one cause: the fouling and imbalance of these humors.

Hygienism

Naturopathy aims to maintain good health through a better lifestyle.
